Jay S. Greenstein

Dr. Jay is the founder and CEO of Kaizenovate, a technology company that builds custom mobile apps for chiropractic practices helping doctors differentiate and grow their revenue and their brand.  He is also the founder and CEO of the Kaizo Health Companies. The Kaizo Health companies are comprised of:

  • Kaizo Health is a multi-location chiropractic and rehabilitation practice.

William M. Kleber, DC, DABCI:

William M. KleberDr. Kleber received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at New York Chiropractic College in 1982. He also earned his Diplomate Degree from the American Board of Chiropractic Internists in 2000. He is one of two coordinators of the DABCI program, certified by the Council on Diagnosis and Internal Disorders. His interest in internal medicine began when he came to believe that his patients were suffering from more than just subluxations, but serious internal disorders continually exacerbating the subluxations. His desire to learn more about these issues stemmed from his dedication to improving not only the health of his patients but the quality of their life, with natural medicine. As a Chiropractic Internist, Dr. Kleber is equipped to diagnose and treat a full spectrum of conditions from a common cold to chronic illness and disease. He is in the unique position of utilizing advanced diagnostic methods to uncover the source of illness and then treat it with holistic and natural supplements to correct illness. Steven Weiniger

Internationally renowned posture expert, Dr. Steven Weiniger, has trained tens of thousands of doctors, therapists, and trainers to first rehab injuries and then help keep patients moving well with StrongPosture® rehab protocols. Dr. Weiniger founded the advanced CPEP® posture specialist certification setting the clinical standard for posture improvement protocols with clinicians worldwide. He is a postgraduate instructor for the University of Western States and also conducts professional training and continuing education seminars.

 He wrote the book on improving posture, Stand Taller Live Longer: An Anti-Aging Strategy, and created the 5 Posture Principles. Dr. Weiniger also authored Posture Pictures: Assessment, Screenings, Marketing and Forms, and the postural assessment chapter in the Photographic Manual of Regional Orthopedic and Neurological Tests. Dr. Weiniger’s expertise is featured extensively in media, including, NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, AARP, Prevention, Bottom Line, Real Simple, SHAPE, Women’s Health, and Family Circle.

 As a delegate to the White House Conference on Aging, held by the President of the United States and Congress, he helped to develop recommendations on issues, policy, and research in the field of aging. John Floyd, JD:

John Floyd

John Floyd has been a trial lawyer since 1990, trying 72 jury trials (business/professional negligence) to verdict.  In addition, he has tried numerous cases before state regulatory boards and judges throughout Tennessee.  He is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and a Medical Malpractice Specialist by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys. Mr. Floyd’s practice focuses on the representation of professionals and negligence cases and business and corporate litigation throughout the United States. He has represented clients in various types of business/commercial and personal injury cases, including wrongful death claims, as well as cases involving the Lanham Act, civil conspiracy, intellectual property, partnership dissolution, product liability, and derivative shareholder actions. Commercial and business litigation cases have included the successful representation of Fox Broadcasting Company in a “reverse passing off” case involving NASCAR, Atlanta Motor Speedway, and Speedway Motor Sports arising out of the televised 2001 Atlanta Motor Speedway 500. Furthermore, Mr. Floyd has represented clients in legal matters involving off-label use of drug devices and pharmaceuticals and Medicare and Medicaid billing/reimbursement issues. He also has extensive experience in the representation of chiropractic physicians in numerous states throughout the United States.

Mr. Floyd received his Bachelor of Arts Degree, with Honors, from the University of Tennessee in 1987. He subsequently received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence Degree in 1990 from the University Of Tennessee College Of Law, where he was a Member of the National Trial Team. He is a member of several organizations including the Federation of Defense in Corporate Counsel, Professional Liability Defense Federation, and Litigation Counsel of America. 

Mr. Floyd has received several honorary distinctions in his career, including nomination and recognition in the National Publication of Mid-South Super Lawyers (Business and Corporate Litigation) every year since 2006, which recognizes attorneys who have achieved substantial success in their careers. He has also received the highest attorney rating (AV) from Martindale-Hubbell, which is “a testament to the fact that lawyers and peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence.” Mr. Floyd is admitted to practice before all state trial appellate courts, the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Middle, Eastern, and Western Districts of Tennessee, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is also been admitted Pro-Hac Vice in Kentucky, Florida, New Jersey, California, Washington State, Georgia, Texas, Mississippi, South Carolina, and the District of Columbia.  

Steven R. Conway, DC, DACBOH, Esq.: 

Steven ConwaySteven Conway is a second-generation chiropractor whose passion is enhancing and protecting the chiropractic profession. He is a partner in Madison, Wisconsin-based DeWitt Ross & Stevens, the largest law firm in Madison. His law practice consists primarily of health law and government relations with a strong focus on Medicare.

As vice chair of the ACA Medicare committee, he has established with Dr. Michael Jacklitch the ACA’s Medicare documentation program to assist chiropractors with Medicare compliance. Having served as a regulator with the Wisconsin Chiropractic Examining Board for nearly a decade, he fully understands the responsibilities of each state board in protecting the public and maintaining the reputation of the chiropractic profession.

When in full-time chiropractic practice, his focus included chiropractic occupational health. Obtaining his diploma in occupational health, he assisted many local and national companies with chiropractic ergonomic programs.  He was one of the first chiropractors to speak at the National Safety Congress and has had over 6000 industrial representatives attend his injury prevention programs.

Evan Gwilliam, DC, MBA, BS, CPC, CCPC, CPC-I, MCS-P, CPMA, CMHP, AAPC Fellow

Evan GwilliamDr. Gwilliam, Clinical Director for PayDC Chiropractic Software, graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic as a Valedictorian and is a Certified Professional Coding and ICD-10 Instructor, Medical Compliance Specialist, and Certified Professional Medical Auditor.  Because he is also a clinician with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration, he is a sought-after seminar speaker.  He provides expert witness testimony, medical record audits, consulting, and education for healthcare providers and has authored and contributed to reference books and articles for multiple publications.

 

Kathy Mills-Chang, MCS-P, CCPC:

Mollie Frawley, RN:

Mollie Frawley Mollie Frawley currently works with the Florida Chiropractic Association as a Help Desk Coordinator providing FCA members with information on regulatory, insurance, and general business issues. A Registered Nurse and a legal nurse consultant, she is also a diplomate of the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians (ABQAURP) and is a Certified Case Manager (CCM). Ms. Frawley worked 9 years as a hospital clinical nurse, 16 years for the State of Florida in Medicaid, Corrections, and Workers’ Compensation, 10 years as an independent consultant with her own business, and 3 years as a telephonic case manager handling litigated workers’ compensation cases. Her career has included thirty years of medical record review, health care monitoring, and fraud and abuse investigations and 18 years of professional speaking including the development of nursing and medical continuing education programs. These experiences have included consulting, expert witnessing, developing administrative rules, assisting InterQual in developing the initial quality and utilization review program for corrections, organizing and implementing a utilization and peer review program for the Division of Workers’ Compensation, identifying data queries to red-flag inappropriate billing practices and creating internal processes to identify, document, and track activity to monitor and analyze outcomes.

As a volunteer, she has served on 2 fraud task forces assisting in creating a wallcard of "red flags" for identifying potential fraud, has participated on her certification board’s committee that prepared and reviewed test questions under the oversight of the National Board of Medical Examiners, has served as a Florida Supreme Court certified County Mediator in Leon and Gadsden Counties’ Small Claims Courts promoting alternative dispute resolutions and as a member of the Corrections Medical Authority’s Quality Management Committee. Her nonprofessional organizational interests include various fundraising activities for local nonprofit agencies as a local chapter leader with her religious fraternal organization, receiving the 2008 Volunteer Excellence Award within the Florida Region.
