Fabrizio Mancini, DC, FICC, FACC
Dr. Fab Mancini is FOX News’s Healthy Living Expert, a world renowned Chiropractor, Hay House’s best selling author of The Power of Self-Healing and host of his popular radio show, Self-Healing with Dr. Fab. He is also the best selling author of Chicken Soup for the Chiropractic Soul, an internationally acclaimed educator, business leader, speaker, and President Emeritus of Parker University.
He has been featured on Dr. Phil, The Doctors, Fox News, CNN, CBS, ABC, NBC, Univision, Telemundo and others. Chad Henriksen, DC, DACBOH
Dr. Chad Henriksen graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Henriksen is currently President/Owner of Advantage Wellness, a Minnesota based company providing onsite healthcare to industry. He is an active member of the American Chiropractic Association, Minnesota Chiropractic Association and the IACOHC. Dr. Henriksen has recently attained board certification and Diplomat status from the American Chiropractic Board on Occupational Health (ACBOH). Dr. Henriksen has published articles in several professional journals and has presented at numerous local, regional and national health and safety conferences. Currently, he lives in Waconia, Minnesota with his wife and two children.
Bill Updyke, DC
Dr. Bill Updyke has been a practicing chiropractor for 35 years. He graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles in 1985 and had a private practice in the Los Angeles area for 10 years. In 1996, after moving to Northern California, he began working at Palmer College of Chiropractic West and continued there as a Clinical Professor until October of 2008 when he started at the opening of the Cisco LifeConnections Health Center. He has had multiple leadership roles at the LifeConnections clinic that is currently managed by Stanford Healthcare. At LifeConnections he managed the medical group, has lead the physical medicine team and advanced integration by initiating same day, multiple provider visits for patients who may require a higher level of care to resolve complicated problems and prevent expensive interventions and surgeries. He is a past president of the California Chiropractic Association and has published over 30 articles in professional and research journals. He has been an invited presenter at many professional forums, research and health policy conferences, continuing education programs as well as at national and regional business conferences on how worksite clinic medical practices integrate non-medical providers and medical providers into their practices. He also volunteers as an advisor for the Worksite Health Clinics Initiative for the Foundation For Chiropractic Progress and currently serves as the Chair of the CalChiroPolitical Action Committee.

Sherry McAllister, DC, M.S. (Ed) CCSP
Sherry McAllister serves as the Executive Vice President for the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress, a nonprofit organization comprised of nearly 25K members promoting the benefits of chiropractic care to the public.
Dr. McAllister is a member of the Forbes Nonprofit Council, a 2019 Co-Winner in the Directors Category of PRNews’ Top Women in Healthcare Award and is regularly featured in prestigious outlets including Modern Healthcare Executive, Becker’s Spine Review, Employee Benefit Adviser and more, touting the benefits of chiropractic care.
In addition, Dr. McAllister has been a practicing chiropractic for more than 20 years.
Susan Welsh, DC, DACBSP
Dr. Welsh holds the additional degree of Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians. She is employed as a clinical Chiropractic Physician at the University of South Florida in the department of Neurosurgery and Brain Repair. She is also a full time faculty member and will assist in the research Department of Neuroscience focusing on concussion treatment, the interdisciplinary approach to patient care and the anti-opioid initiative. Dr. Welsh has also worked with professional sports teams, USF and high school sports teams for over 35 years. A proud graduate of Palmer College in Davenport Iowa, she is also the alumni state president for Florida.
