The speed of technology increases, the length of the generations decreases, and our world quickly shifts to accommodate the evolving cultures and the ever-changing needs of our youth.  The last 15 years of technology has drastically changed our youth. And then COVID hit and has exasperated change.

Is your practice focused on the new youth, iGeneration or Generation Alpha?  And are you aware of current stressors and are you providing best practices in your office to effectively care for these patients. Are you aware of what the youth of today is going through, and are you helping their young bodies to thrive? Cindy Howard, DC, DABCI, DACBN, FIAMA, FICC

Dr. Cindy M. Howard earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic from National University of Health Sciences and is in private practice in Orland Park, Illinois, just south of Chicago. She is a Board Certified Chiropractic Internist and Board Certified Nutritionist and holds a Fellowship in Acupuncture from the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture and is currently working on her diplomate in Chiropractic Neurology.

Dr. Howard is the Director of Functional Nutrition for Neurosport Elite. She teaches for the DABCI (diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists) on male and female pelvic disorders, pediatrics, Immunology, GI disorders, Endocrinology and Nutritional Blood Analysis/ Interpretation. Other current positions include: Northern Illinois Delegate for the American Chiropractic Association and recipient of the Flynn/Lynch Award 2015 for outstanding service, Executive Board Member and instructor for POWERPlay in Sports, Medial Advisory Board for Integrative Therapeutics and the Functional Medicine University.

Locally she serves as a Board member for the Frankfort Falcons Youth Football organization, and team Chiropractic Physician for Dreamz Elite competitive Cheerleaders. She maintains her private practice and travels all over the country lecturing for various companies.

Beth Rizer, DC

Dr. Beth Rizer is a fun energetic movement junkie originally from Austin, Texas.

She earned her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of Western States. She then followed her passion for helping people and earned a doctorate at University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.

Dr. Beth started her career with Airrosti Rehab Centers as a Certified Recovery Specialist while running her own business as a health and wellness coach. During this time, she dove down the rabbit hole of functional movement systems, dynamic neuromuscular stabilization, corrective exercise, postural restoration, fascial congress, and kinesiology taping etc. In 2011, Dr. Rizer was promoted to the Airrosti Clinical Development Team, training and onboarding hundreds of new Airrosti providers and certified recovery specialist.

She later joined her husband in Colorado where they own and operate Hatch Chiropractic and Wellness. Dr. Rizer specializes in assessment, diagnosing, and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and passionate about optimizing human potential in all facets including movement, nutrition, and mindfulness. She treats anyone from professional athletes, crossfitters, weekend warriors, executives, pre-natal care and pediatrics.

Dr. Rizer holds certifications in SFMA, Functional DryNeedling 1&2, DNS Exercise A & B, Webster for Pre-Natal Care, ICPA Pediatric Specialties, Active Release Technique, Corrective Exercise, and personally loves the RockTape education courses.

When not with her amazing patients, Dr. Beth is teaching yoga and is an avid CrossFitter and Yogie herself but you will frequently find her dancing, singing and trying to climb up and snowboard down every 14’er in Colorado. She is also a personal development junkie who has taken courses from Tony Robbins, Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, and many more. Her main mission and dedication to this world is to spread love, laughter and a smile to her patients and all those around her.

Matthew Antonucci, DC, DACNB, FACFN, FABCDD, FABVR, FABNN

Matthew Antonucci, DC, DACNB, FACFN, FABCDD, FABVR, FABNN, FABBIR, FICC studied for his Doctorate in Chiropractic at Life University, Dr. Antonucci became fascinated with the nervous system, particularly the brain, of humankind. He began taking extra-curricular neurology classes to understand the brain and nervous system better, and became enthralled with the study of neurology. He has a professional Master’s degree in neuroscience; has been awarded a diplomate in the sub-specialty of chiropractic neurology; is a certified fellow in multiple specialties: vestibular disorders, brain injury rehabilitation, nutrition and neurochemistry, childhood developmental disorders, and functional neurology. He has been inducted as a fellow into the exclusive and honorable International College of Chiropractic. Over the years, Dr. Antonucci had the great fortune of having spent thousands of hours as a first-assist in clinical rounds with Professor Frederick R. Carrick, a pioneer in the field of clinical neuroscience and rehabilitation. Throughout that time, he was constantly being guided and empowered to pursue clinical excellence.

Dr. Antonucci finds particular interest in treating traumatic brain injuries (TBIs), childhood developmental disorders, vestibular rehabilitation, movement disorders, sports and neurological performance enhancement, degenerative conditions, and conducting clinical research.

Mark Charrette, DC

Dr. Mark N. Charrette is a 1980 summa cum laude graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He is a frequent guest speaker at nine chiropractic colleges and has taught over 1000 seminars worldwide on extremity adjusting, biomechanics, and spinal adjusting techniques. His seminars emphasize a practical, hands-on approach.

Dr. Charrette is a former All-American swimmer, who has authored a book on extremity adjusting. Having developed successful practices in California, Nevada, and Iowa, Dr. Charrette currently resides in Dallas, TX.
