Secrets of Chiropractic Documentation 2224
Dr. Evan Gwilliam
Chiropractic records are the subject of scrutiny by third parties when they evaluate claims submitted to them. Record keeping does not have to be a daunting task. It can be simplified and systematized without sacrificing quality. Dr. Evan Gwilliam, Clinical Director for PayDC chiropractic EHR software, will show you how to create compliant, but fast records, in this presentation.
• Learn chiropractic documentation error rates and where they come from.
• Discover how chiropractic records are like a script for a play.
• Use a Medicare audit tool to evaluate your records.
