During this 2 hour class the following topics will be presented to improve the D.C.'s ability to identify and treat common orthopedic disorders with nutritional interventions and utilize proper documentation.

To provide state required continuing education for the chiropractic physician. The course will identify and discuss the commonly seen orthopedic conditions encountered and evidence based nutritional protocols for treatment and documentation.
Speaker: John Lockenour, DC
Dr. John Lockenour is a 1977 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic.After completing hisgraduate degree, he completed a diplomat through the American Board of ChiropracticOrthopedist.Additional certification in chiropractic rehabilitation,manipulation underanesthesia, and applied diagnostic testing, along with a fellowship in the International Academyof Medical Acupuncture give him a vast backgroundthat he brings to teaching andconsulting.Over the last 28 years of full-time practice,Dr. Lockenour built one of the largestand most successful chiropractic practices in the State of Indiana.As vice president of theIndiana State chiropractic Association, he was the only doctor to receive chiropractor of the yearon two occasions, oncein 1991 and again in 2000.For the last 20 years, Dr. Lockenour hastaught postgraduate courses in orthopedics, whiplash injuries, physical therapy, nutrition, andpractice management. At present he is an Assistant Professor at Palmer College of ChiropracticFlorida. His informative and motivational style of speaking makes him a very popular speakerand sought-after consultant.
